WHAT IS THE IMPORTANCE OF HABITS?

A habit is a behavior that we repeatedly perform on a daily basis and that tends to occur subconsciously. This behavior is not always only a physical action, it can also be a pattern of thinking and/or an emotion that we constantly feel.


According to researchers at Duke University, 40 percent of our day to day behaviors are habits. Your life today is literally the result of the sum of the habits you have. Impressive right?

How healthy or unhealthy are you? How rested or tired are you? How productive or unproductive are you? How many of your goals are you achieving every year?
The answer lies in your habits.

Great habits will put you on the path to success (no matter what success means to you), but the same way, if you cultivate bad habits you will continue to create a life that you are not a fan of. 

WHAT IS HABIT COACHING?

Habit Coaching is a method of working together to dramatically improve your control over your daily behaviors. It assists you in becoming more aware of your actions and in consciously designing new daily routines, that with time become your new habits.

By consciously creating new habits you start living knowing that you are capable of overcoming any challenges that you face, and gives you the confidence to achieve the goals and results that you always wanted in your life.

Habit coaching helps you to stop living a life on autopilot and to live a more fulfilling and meaningful life.

WHAT’S THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN COACHING AND THERAPY?

Coaching and therapy can be used separately or together. They both can help you to build a strong foundation for your life, but have a few fundamental differences. Therapy helps you to untangle your past and to heal emotional pains and bring closure to troubling events. Coaching looks at where you are at right now and where you want to go. It focuses on the present, and assists you in taking massive action so you can move forward to a more fulfilling and meaningful future. Coaches are collaborators and specialists. Unlike therapists, they do not diagnose or treat mental disorders.

WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN COACHING AND TEACHING OR EDUCATION?
 

Education is typically about giving information or introducing knowledge and skills about specific topics. Parts of habit coaching consists of teaching – passing on the knowledge of human behavior, habits and discipline. Many clients are very good at consuming knowledge and some of them already have it, yet they find it hard to use this knowledge to make a change in their lives.

Have you ever said, “I know what I need to do, but don’t know how?” How many times have you read an amazing book and said, “I will act on this NOW”, and after a few days, you lost your motivation? You are not alone. Many of us experience the same thing.

Everyone can benefit from learning about the way our brain works and the theories and research available to help us achieve our ideal life. The knowledge is applicable to everyone, but not everyone can implement it.

Coaching is more than teaching. It gives you the knowledge of what you need to do, the tools that help you do it, and the support and guidance you need along the way. Your coach will stay with you as long as you want and help you implement those new skills until you are ready to move on by yourself.

Coaching deals with the things that are important to you, not to anybody else. This makes coaching incredibly personal and effective, because you can see positive results in just a few sessions. This encourages you to continue, and you get better and better results. At the same time, your confidence grows, until you feel you can overcome any challenge and create just about anything.

WHAT IS THE COST OF HABIT COACHING?

At WEEVOLVE we believe in creating personalized programs to fit each client's needs. Our goal is that by the end of our time together you have accomplished everything that you long for and more. Therefore program prices vary from client to client.  A 60 minute one time session is valued at U$ 250.00.

YOU OFFER A COMPLIMENTARY SESSION - WHAT'S THAT LIKE?

Besides connecting with a fellow human, on this complementary 30 to 60 min call we will clarify where you are right now with your habits, goals and aspirations. We will discuss where you would like to be, and discover what is keeping you from moving forward. You will get a better understanding of what habit coaching is and how it can benefit you.

​

At the end of the session you and me both will decide if we are, or not, a great fit to work together. If we decide yes, according to your needs, I will present to you my coaching program. If we decide no, we will say our goodbyes and you will have at least gained some new knowledge and perspective about yourself and your behaviors.

DO YOU GUARANTEE THE PRIVACY OF MY INFORMATION?
 

Absolutely! WEEVOLVE guarantees never to use your details or anything you say without getting your permission first. Also, at the end of the program, for us to keep improving our work and helping more people like you, you might be asked to write a feedback or a testimonial and you can choose whether you want this information to stay confidential or not. 

DO I NEED TO SIGN A COACHING CONTRACT?

Yes. A coaching agreement is a good way to help our clients feel that they will get a quality service, but also to get commitment from them, which is essential. The agreement sets out the terms and conditions for a successful delivery of the coaching service and for achieving results. WEEVOLVE uses a simple but comprehensive agreement as a good foundation for your coaching adventure.
