FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

How do I know if this kind of coaching is right for me?

This work is a good fit if you:

  • Think deeply about your life and the decisions you’re making

  • Want clarity more than motivation

  • Feel stuck despite knowing a lot

  • Want change without pressure or urgency

It’s especially helpful if you carry responsibility — for a business, other people, or important life decisions — and want to move forward with more intention.

It’s not a good fit if you’re looking for quick fixes, strict systems, or someone to tell you exactly what to do.

The clarity call exists precisely to explore this together, without commitment.

When can I expect to see changes?

Small shifts often happen early, mostly in awareness and how you relate to your patterns.

Deeper, more stable changes take time.

Not because you’re slow, but because sustainable change unfolds gradually.

We don’t chase results.

We focus on building coherence — in how you think, decide, and act — and results tend to follow naturally from that.

Is this therapy?

No. This is coaching.

Therapy typically focuses on diagnosing, treating, or healing psychological conditions, often by working through the past.

This coaching focuses on:

  • how you’re living now

  • how your patterns show up in daily life

  • how to move forward with clarity and intention

Coaching and therapy can complement each other, but they are not the same.

How is coaching different from learning or reading about these topics?

Many people already understand a lot about habits, psychology, or personal growth.

The challenge is rarely lack of information.

It’s learning how to apply what you know in your own life, consistently and without force.

Coaching provides:

  • perspective you can’t access alone

  • structure without rigidity

  • support while patterns are actually playing out

It bridges insight and lived experience.

How does the 90-day structure work?

We work in 90-day periods as a practical container, not as a deadline. Each period gives enough time to:

  • clarify direction

  • observe patterns in real life

  • allow new habits to stabilize naturally

This rhythm works well with real life and business cycles.

At the end of each period, we pause and decide together how to continue. There is no obligation to extend.

What happens in the free clarity call?

The clarity call is a calm, no-pressure conversation. We’ll:

  • explore where you are right now

  • talk about what feels unclear or stuck

  • see whether working together makes sense

There is no commitment to continue. Clarity is the only goal of that first call.

Is what we discuss confidential?

Yes.

Everything you share is treated with respect and confidentiality. Nothing is shared or used without your explicit permission.

Do I need to sign a contract?

Yes, if we decide to work together.

The agreement exists to:

  • clarify expectations

  • protect both of us

  • support commitment to the process

It’s simple, clear, and designed to support the work, not complicate it.

How do I get started?

The first step is to book a free clarity call. From there, we’ll decide together what makes sense.
